Changes: Install cost 1>0. This was having trouble competing with 4 Ubax and lately Astrolabe.
Pros: Costs nothing and saves quite a bit of money out of Sonia Nahar: Steadfast Salvager and Exile: Streethawk. Also combos with Same Old Thing, which Exile really likes. Hayley Kaplan: Universal Scholar likes 0 things a bit.
Cons: Astrolabe exists. Ubax exists. Kate "Mac" McCaffrey: Digital Tinker has a tiny nonbo.
