7/10 Very good 4/2 for both factions, though HB probably prefers Nostalgiologists or Chronal Retrofitting.
This is really good out of Mako Shuusei: Black Sheep, as you can use Spite and the klesha breakers to slow-burn any ice you want down to basically blank. The only problem is the Corp purging. Incubator is better out of Noise: Hacker Extraordinaire though.

Changes: Gains 10<11, for a profit of 7.
Pros: 7! Prepaid VoicePAD friendly.
Cons: Not I've Had Worse friendly, not that combo-tastic with Respirocytes (If Guinea Pig is the only card in your hand and you play it, Respy will hand you 2 cards which Guinea Pig will immediately trash.) Requires you to be able to dump your hand. Also requires that you have 4, so you can't bounce back from broke very easy.
7/10 Worth it.

Changes: Cards drawn 5<6.
Pros: Draw 6 cards! Free to play (or wait no it's not.) Only 2 influence. You can dump your Punitive Counterstrike-free hand to try and draw more Punitive.
Cons: Lose your hand, and worse, draw 6 cards.
5/10 Industrial Genomics: Growing Solutions can load up Archives.

Changes: Play cost 1>0.
Pros: Draw and install the best non-ice in the top 5 cards of your deck. You don't have to reveal the card you chose. You don't have to shuffle R&D. Synergises very well with Uncanny Compulsion, The Sisters, and decently with Mise en Place and Precognition. Also nice out of Gandiva Therapeutics: Tailored Security.
Cons: You don't get to rearrange the top, unlike Precognition. Terminal. 2 influence isn't really worth it outside Jinteki.
7/10 Should see a decent amount of play.
