Changes: Install cost 3>2. This is huge for an econ console.
Pros: Memchip that is cheap and influence-free for Anarchs. Makes a lot of money in central trasher decks. Whizzard: Master Gamer and Edward Kim: Humanity's Hammer and The Horde: Defiant Disenfrancistos love this.
Cons: Other consoles, like Vigil and Grimoire exist. Doesn't trigger on remotes.
8/10 Human Rights Riot's best friend.
