Welcome to Reviewing the Little Boot Icon, an unfortunately named series of reviews for Reboot-modified cards. Today's review: Neural EMP, the darling of Chronos Protocol: Selective Mind-mapping.

  • Changes: Cost 2>1. This is great, making it easy to afford after firing Snare!.

  • Pros: Cheap to play, punishes runs, can kill the Runner or make them keep above 2 cards in hand at all times. I could talk about Chronos right now, but that's for another review.

  • Cons: Only 1 net damage is kinda weak and the Runner can play around this rather easily by spending clicks (But that's what we want.) I've Had Worse loves this card.

6/10 I've played worse.
