Pros: Neural EMP is now Salem's Hospitality! 17 inf.
Cons: Jinteki: Personal Evolution also has 17 inf and is usually better.
Playstyle: This is a rigshooter list that can snipe the breakers out of the Runner's hand with Neural EMP, and out of play with Marcus Batty. You can kill Clone Chip with net damage also.
7/10 Interesting take on net damage.
