Welcome to Reviewing the Little Boot Icon, an unfortunately named series of reviews for Reboot-modified cards. Today's review: Parasite, the reason no one plays Wyrm. Correction: the reason no plays Wyrm is this card.

  • Changes: Install cost 2<3. This means you it's not as good of an idea to hit a Pop-up Window etc. with it. You want to save it for the really gross ICE.

  • Pros: Lowers ICE strength, making it less effective, like a slow Datasucker. Trashes ICE once it gets to 0 strength, like a slow cutlery. Speed it up with Datasucker, and you have Parasucker!TM. Virus so Noise loves it.

  • Cons: Takes up 1 for a while unless you bomb it with sucker tokens. Corp might have wanted to install over the ICE anyway.

10/10 Key Anarch card.

Recur this and then use wyrm to suck the ice you encounter, since the corps' going to purge your datasuckers a lot if they see what you're doing.
