Welcome to Reviewing the Little Boot Icon, an unfortunately named series of reviews for Reboot-modified cards. Today's review: Kate "Mac" McCaffrey: Digital Tinker, of paid-before fame.

  • Changes: Link 1>0. You don't mind this too much with The Toolbox, but it does mean you aren't so immune to SEA Source and the like anymore.

  • Pros: Cheaper programs. Cheaper hardware. Cheaper events. Oops, that goes in Playstyle, not Pros.

  • Cons: You don't get 69 influence worth of programs. You're not very stylish of an ability.

  • Playstyle: Install Prepaid VoicePAD, and everything but resources is 1 cheaper. This means BS. Those nuts at NSG thought Rezeki was OP? Of course it was! Nothing to see here! *saves 1 every turn instead of earning it. *
