• Pros: More than double the effectiveness of your HQ runs! Cheap to install. Easy to import, at 2 inf. Combos with Gang Sign.

• Cons: The Corp can control what HQ looks like far better than R&D. HQ has the most "instead of accessing " effects.

8/10 Good across all factions if your deck likes running HQ.
