Welcome to Reviewing the Little Boot Icon, an unfortunately named series of reviews for Reboot-modified cards. Today's review: NAPD Contract, the best neutral agenda after Global Food Initiative.

  • Changes: Cost to steal 4>3. This was to encourage early runs and defang some Corp decks that just tried to grind the Runner out on net damage instead of scoring. Also, hates this.

  • Pros: Does the Runner have 3? No? No points for them. Yes? They have to pay up to get the points! 4/2 is pretty doable to score, you can use an AstroScript Pilot Program token. Neutral means any deck can slot this.

  • Cons: Valencia Estevez: The Angel of Cayambe makes this a 5/2, don't play this in a bad publicity deck.

9/10 Definitive defensive agenda.
