Changes: Rez cost 4>2.
Pros: Decrease the efficiency of icebreakers on a server. This is funny against Switchblade as the Runner needs 2 stealth to break anything. With something like Spiderweb this can get really funny. And of course making Cerberus "Lady" H1 pay a and a token is funny, too. 4 to trash is good, 2 to rez is cheap. Art makes a good Reteki background.
Cons: You can't use this with SanSan City Grid or Breaker Bay Grid or even Crisium Grid. GS Striker M1, GS Shrike M2, and GS Sherman M3 laugh at this.
7/10 2nd best region.
