Changes: Install cost 3>2.
Pros: Lets you spend to get a free Femme Fatale for the turn. Chameleon doesn't get discarded at the end of the turn. You can use Scavenge to make the Library forget you borrowed their program.
Cons: If you don't return the program you borrowed, the library takes it from you permanently. You can 't use viruses.
4/10 Janky.
