Changes: Advancement requirement 4>3. TheBigBoy says that NBN can now have as many weak 3/2s as they want, he recently printed Smear Campaign also.
Pros: 3/2s are really good. You can now trigger Spark Agency: Worldswide Reach or Ad Blitz on any asset.
Cons: Basically blank, Ad Blitz sucks.
