Changes: Install cost 2>1.
Pros: Lots of and handsize for Safety First after you rip some points with Always Be Running and Neutralize All Threats. Cheap to install.
Cons: Does nothing until you steal something.
6/10 Don't play this out of Adam, or without it in Adam.
