Changes: Rez cost 7>5. Previously junk even in Weyland Consortium: Because We Built It.
Pros: Can gain massive amounts of " End the run". Weyland Consortium: Because We Built It can advance this up a bunch and get Commercialization in the process to build a huge piece of ice. Fun out of Tennin Institute: The Secrets Within.
Cons: That would be a huge piece of ice that dies instantly to Morning Star. Note: Morning Star is bad against usually, since Ice Wall can be made unbreakable. Still expensive to rez. Doesn't do anything the first time the Runner hits it, unless you use Satellite Grid.
4/10 Decent in Tennin Institute: The Secrets Within and Weyland Consortium: Because We Built It.
It's good in Weyland Consortium: Because We Built It because of Satellite Grid and the fact that advancing ice is free. TheBigBoy says he will not buff it further because of this.

I'd probably put this at 3-4/10. I'm not seeing anyone run this ice, mainly because it telegraphs what it's doing, and needs other tricks to help it along. I guess it might lock a runner out eventually from a server, but at what cost?
