Changes: Agenda counter bonus points 1<2. Now a 4/4 if the Runner is tagged.
Pros: Get lots of points if you can use Big Brother to make the Runner stick tags. Easy to never-advance with AstroScript Pilot Program and SanSan City Grid.
Cons: Bad outside of a tag deck, you might want Character Assassination or be a fast-advance deck on 3/2s.
7/10 Amazing for tag decks.
