Welcome to Reviewing the Little Boot Icon, an unfortunately named series of reviews for Reboot-modified cards. Today's review: Will-o'-the-Wisp, trying to make you play Window since 2014.

  • Changes: Rez cost 4>3.

  • Pros: Put a necessary icebreaker on the bottom of the stack. Easy to bait runs with. Make Crims, with their single copies of all their breakers, burn another Special Order. Burn another Self-modifying Code or Test Run. Or maybe even achieve total lockout.

  • Cons: 3, and Shapers don't really care about this. If the Runner gets in without breaking subroutines, or uses D4v1d, this is useless. 1 to trash is pathetic. One-time use only. Doesn't actually trash the icebreaker.

6/10 Fun janky rigshooter tool.
