• Changes: Play cost 1>0.

• Pros: Only hardware tutor in the core card-pool besides the terrible Tyson Observatory. Some decks might not want Reverse Engineering. You also get money from it. Some FFG Kate "Mac" McCaffrey: Digital Tinker decks used this to tutor Security Nexus, so they could run just 2 copies and save influence.

• Cons: Reverse Engineering is way better. Having to trash another piece of hardware is also annoying.
