Pros: If you have 2 out of Armand "Geist" Walker: Tech Lord, this is a free barrier break with a card draw built in. Boosts the strength of other Shivs, Spikes and Crowbars.
Cons: Single-use only. Very unreliable, only use to save money on Overmind or Eater.
5/10 I don't really know how Armand "Geist" Walker: Tech Lord works.
