• Pros: Cybernetic hardware no longer damages you unless it's Stim Graft! Free to install, you can sell it to Aesop's Pawnshop or Chop Bot 3000! Only 1 influence.

• Cons: Prevents you from using cybernetics with I've Had Worse as a draw combo. Anarchs don't really care about damage.
