*Changes: Now breaks 2 subroutines for 2 instead of 1 subroutine per 2 This means it isn't crap anymore.

*Pros: Average install cost, great boost ratio. Low influence, though nobody is splashing this.

*Cons: Breaking odd numbers of subroutines is inefficient, especially with 1-sub ice. Corroder exists, Walrus exists, Breach exists. Heck, Crypsis exists.

5/10 No longer horrible, but better options abound.
