*Changes: Influence limit 15>12. This means it is no longer the undisputed best HB identity, now being the best HB identity but with non-stupid-choice alternatives in Cerebral Imaging and Echo Memvaults. NEXT and Foundry are kinda-stupid.

*Pros: MONEY! For what you were doing anyway! Any deck that installs stuff will like this. Alix T4LB07 decks should be run out of this ID.

*Cons: Low influence, but HB is the closest thing to a generic Corp, having pretty much everything but easy kill. Brain damage decks should be run out of Cybernetics Division: Humanity Upgraded anyway.

*Playstyle: Install things and get rich. This ID is not very restrictive except through the 12 inf, which really needs nerfed to 11.

10/10 Best HB ID ever.
