Welcome to Reviewing the Little Boot Icon, an unfortunately named series of reviews for Reboot-modified cards. Today's review: Spinal Modem, never installed against NBN: Making News.

  • Changes: Install cost 4>3. This makes it even better as an econ option.

  • Pros: 2 for icebreakers is Toolbox levels of value. Cheap to install.

  • Cons: Self-damage is not encouraged in Reboot, since it is a cost. Tracer ice or Ash 2X3ZB9CY can really ruin your day.

7/10 If you don't want Grimoire or Turntable, this is a great option, especially for Eater decks.
