Welcome to Reviewing the Little Boot Icon, an unfortunately named series of reviews for Reboot-modified cards. Today's review: Kraken, which says it's neutral but is really Apex: Invasive Predator.

  • Changes: Play cost 3>1.

  • Pros: Get rid of the weakest piece of ice protecting a server. Apex: Invasive Predator likes this, especially as a way to get rid of Turing, his nemesis. Cheap to play and neutral, Apex likes not spending influence, he doesn't have as much as it seems. This is really good on single-ice servers, prepping the Apocalypse, especially for ice with high strength that are resilient to Prey or Parasite.

  • Cons: Requires an agenda steal with s left to play. Guaranteed to trash the worst non-Architect ice on the server you choose.

6/10 This is just for Apex: Invasive Predator.
