Welcome to Reviewing the Little Boot Icon, an unfortunately named series of reviews for Reboot-modified cards. Today's review: Rook, the most popular Caïssa, due to @Klerik's fondness for it.

  • Changes: Install cost 2>1. Once again, everyone gets to be Kate "Mac" McCaffrey: Digital Tinker.

  • Pros: Cheap to use, saves quite a bit of money on ice the Corp doesn't want to rez anymore. Nasir Meidan: Cyber Explorer can actually profit from this, since the Corp has to pay you the rez cost. With Deep Red, you can use this with Sage, since high-strength ice is usually expensive.

  • Cons: Unless you run Deep Red, this really saps your . Unless you run Pawn, you are vulnerable to the Corp installing over cheap ice if you put it on a Pop-up Window.
