Welcome to Reviewing the Little Boot Icon, an unfortunately named series of reviews for Reboot-modified cards. Today's review: Raymond Flint, who was a playable character in the original Android board game.
Changes: Cost 2>1.
Pros: Neutral, so can be in any deck, though Dionysus Bagbiter: Luxe Larcenist can't install him, nor can Apex: Invasive Predator. He is useful in jank bad publicity decks against Sizzler: Igniting the Discourse, as Activist Support will constantly trigger him until they trash it. You could build some sort of janky Data Leak Reversal Wireless Net Pavilion deck out of this for the ultimate non-interactive Gang Sign-at-home deck. The ability is good out of Armand "Geist" Walker: Tech Lord, paying a to expose while ing for a card is decent.
Cons: Armand "Geist" Walker: Tech Lord can use Drive By. "The Bad Pub Deck" is junk.
4/10 Only card with 2 quotes on it that aren't a conversation.
