Cerebral Imaging: Infinite Frontiers really loves the Clearance __transactions_, since it gives them cards and the to keep them. This is the same as pumping Jackson Howard, then playing Hedge Fund. 2 influence is easy to import.

• Cons: Drawing cards is often a bad idea, as you might get more agendas than you can handle. Green Level Clearance is easier to import.
