Welcome to Reviewing the Little Boot Icon, an unfortunately named series of reviews for Reboot-modified cards. Today's review: Broadcast Square, which is not a Sizzler support card.

  • Changes: Rez cost 2>0. This is good, since you want this rezzed as soon as there is any chance of you taking bad pub, from Illicit ice rezzes, for example.

  • Pros: This is never a bad economic exchange for you, unless you never take bad pub and the Runner doesn't check it. 5 trash cost is very good. Out of NBN: Making News, you can run Anklebiter and still tax the Runner's credits. If you were running Reality Threedee out of SYNC: Everything, Everywhere, you can still tax the Runner's credits. You also don't have to spend influence on Witness Tampering or Elizabeth Mills. This is better than Exposé unless you've already taken the bad publicity.

  • Cons: Sizzler: Igniting the Discourse bad pub decks usually just score the bad pub off with the ID. If you Broadcast it off, your ID would be better as something else. 3 influence means you shouldn't import this into a different faction, as they all have playable bad pub removal, except , who have Rex Campaign.

5/10 Decent credit tax card if you're rezzing a bunch of Illicits.
