• Pros: Mill 3 cards in 1 with Noise: Hacker Extraordinaire. Make Hayley Kaplan: Universal Scholar jealous. Charge up Technical Writer even faster. Neutral, so never costs influence.

• Cons: Decks that reliably have 3 programs sitting in their hand and don't want to just install them normally have problems, except for Noise, who doesn't want this because he is super tight on deckslots, wanting to run as many viruses as possible.
