Changes: Play cost 2>0.
Pros: Double your Nasir Meidan: Cyber Explorer money. Encourage the Corp not to rez that piece of ice because you are going to be making 14 off that Curtain Wall. This is honestly pretty good with Rook and Xanadu, too. There could be some spice with this out of Reina Roja: Freedom Fighter.
Cons: Pop-up Window laughs at this without Rook and Xanadu. If all the ice on the board is rezzed already, this is worthless. Bad outside of Nasir Meidan: Cyber Explorer. Nasir already has super tight slots.
6/10 Fun Nasir toy.
