Changes: Advancement tokens 2<3.
Pros: If you do the Haarpsichord Studios: Entertainment Unleashed thing and always have 3/1s installed ready to score next turn, or the one after... or the one after that... , you save and 3. Also can generate Thomas Haas tokens or something.
Cons: 3/1s are bad, TGTBT and Quantum Predictive Model and Gish Gallop are better even out of Haarp.
4/10 Cut this for more Explode-a-palooza or Gish Gallop.
