I’ve had some good success with this (12-2 so far). You have a lot of ways to apply pressure early with Smear Campaign and Breaking News + punishment. Ultimately the plan is to FA to 7 points with sansan, 2/1s, and biotic, possibly assisted by a bn/sea + eoi. You’re vulnerable to early aggression, but can also punish it with Big Brother plays and then get some talent scouts fipped to stabilize.
Card choices: Biotic Labor: Never cut this. Half my wins would be losses if I didn’t have this card. Biotic breaking news eoi is also nasty.
No CVS: It’s good in the deck but this is really just a number crunch. It’s the 50th card and the deck felt better when I cut it for an ice.
Engagement Metrics: This makes the deck possible. Finishing this and then sansanning a Smear Campaign makes dealing with your sansan the following turn a total nightmare.
No Data Raven: It’s really good in some matchups, but your punishment is REALLY light, and your ice count is low. If you only face slow shapers i would run 1-2 of these, but it’s a liability against anything that can threaten to go tagme.
It’s a tricky deck, but give it a try :)

P.S. I’ve been playing similar list with +1 biotic, retrospective > ipo, and ice that i’m not super happy with. That list only loses to MOpus so i’ma try this.
Underappreciated star tho in there that I HIGHLY recommend w/ double biotic is License Aquisition. Make em trash that metrics+sansan remote a second time!!!
