Marketing Trainee Spark

This is the corp I ran in the most recent constructed league, going 5-0 in swiss off of some good luck, and losing both of its top 4 games. About half of this deck's overall wins are from scoring 3 agendas with the help of Astro and Biotic (and Ash sometimes too!).

I was curious if Billboard was a good enough Eli replacement in Spark to justify freeing up the influence and the answer to that question appears to have been yes, at least if you don't see too many blue runners.
