*Changes: Install cost 2>1 Speaks for itself.

*Pros: Cheapens virus installs which Noise: Hacker Extraordinaire loves, also helps run icebreakers more efficiently.

*Cons: Takes 3 turns to start actually making money.

8/10 Great virus support, just really vanilla.
