• Changes: Play cost 0<1

• Pros: Put all the agendas on top and The Maker's Eye them into your scoring area or flood the Corp. Put ice on top for a broke Corp, and econ on top for a Corp that doesn't need money. Make their draws suck and your accesses great! Cheap to play, free for Ken "Express" Tenma: Disappeared Clone.

• Cons: Doesn't actually let you access, Jackson Howard makes this useless. Anti-synergy with Keyhole.
