• Cons: Trashes itself after you install a piece of ice, and no one is going to use Isabel McGuire or Test Ground to keep this from trashing.

4/10 Good in a super-low ice list, like Haarpsichord Studios: Entertainment Unleashed, or maybe a Gagarin Deep Space: Expanding the Horizon or Near-Earth Hub: Broadcast Center that has finished installing ice. Otherwise, not worth it.
