• Pros: With Rielle "Kit" Peddler: Transhuman, you can break the outermost Eli 1.0 on a server for just 2. If you get this for free with Test Run-Scavenge, the econ value is huge. Tollbooth only costs 5 to break, as opposed to 7 for Gordian Blade, and 8 for ZU.13 Key Master. Cyber-Cypher is the same thing, but only works on a single server.

• Cons: Very expensive to install, unless you use shenanigans. Cyber-Cypher is functionally the same thing out of Exile. Stacked code gates will leave this behind Gordian Blade.
