Pros: Cerebral Imaging: Infinite Frontiers at home! You can be basically unkillable unless you get hit by Closed Accounts. Brain damage is laughable.
Cons: Costs all your money, so you will have a hard time getting enough money to benefit from him. 4 influence. Public Support, Brain Chip, and Brain Cage exist.
3/10 Only for janky toxic combo decks that shall remain nameless.
