Changes: This used to have 2 strength, but was OP. This benefits massively in Reboot from the booster card NEXT Level Clearance.
Pros: NEXT Level Clearance super-Biotic Labor but only for the winning agenda. Screw fracters other than Morning Star, Walrus, or Gemon with a ton of End the runs. 3 to rez is decent. Mother Goddess is a NEXT ice if another NEXT ice is rezzed. The Runner will often avoid running multiple servers to force rezzes as it powers up NLC.
Cons: Weak to Parasite and Knifed. Weak to Walrus, Morning Star, and Gemon. Weak to Faust. Worthless out of faction, as the NEXT suite costs a lot of influence.
7/10 Decent ice and FA tool at the same time.
