Pros: Cheap on and influence. Make Cyberdex Virus Suite quite expensive to use, even the access trigger. Normally, more than 1 layer of tech is bad, but CVS is in almost every deck. You put this in a deck that CVS would otherwise wreck, namely something with lots of viruses and/or something that runs Archives for Datasucker tokens a lot, and doesn't have Security Testing to save itself from actually accessing.
Cons: If the Corp doesn't want to purge anyway, this does nothing. Power Grid Reroute can blow this up. Ixodidae is junk. Noise: Hacker Extraordinaire doesn't have the slots for this.
