Welcome to Reviewing the Little Boot Icon, an unfortunately named series of reviews for Reboot-modified cards. Today's review: Shoot the Moon, the most unwieldy tag-punishment card ever.

  • Changes: Play cost 3>0.

  • Pros: If the Runner has a tag, spend to rez a Tollbooth for free! Costs nothing to play but the clicks. Allows you to rez Archer without forfeiting the agenda.

  • Cons: doesn't have any chunky ice besides Tollbooth and Flare, and maybe Information Overload. If the Runner is tagged, you could burn all their money with Closed Accounts, kill them and win with Scorched Earth, and if they have lots of tags, you can score out with Psychographics. Tag decks can't usually afford to rez chunky ice, so if you don't draw this, you get a bunch of expensive ice clogging your hand. Not a gray ops, so you can't tutor this with Due Diligence.

3/10 Winning with Scorch is better than just rezzing ice.
