Invisible Hand (Winter World's 2024 Cut)

This was a totally unproven dark horse and it made the cut at winter Worlds 2024, which was flooded with a variety of ETF lists. With a Central focused game plan it really popped when I could cutlery the ice on HQ and R&D, clean out key operations and lock R&D. Where it stumbles is it's draw order dependency, with few breakers and many pieces of the ideal rig it can get locked out for a long time by simple ETR, and is very poor when forced to clear remotes.

Planned changes include replacing Refractor, to focus on Switchblade and BlacKat, and adding more basic economy.
