• Changes: Install cost 3>1

• Pros: Akamatsu Mem Chip but it's a unique console. If you want to blitz a bunch of runs into one turn, this is the card for it, along with Early Bird, you can get 6 Datasucker or Hemorrhage tokens in a turn, and trigger multiple Notoriety-type events!

• Cons: You are giving up Desperado, the 2nd best card after Account Siphon.
