Welcome to Reviewing the Little Boot Icon, an unfortunately named series of reviews for Reboot-modified cards. Today's review: City Surveillance, continuing 's theme of Big Brother watching the Runner.
Changes: Rez cost 5>3. Now economically in the Corp's favor no matter what. (Little Boot Icon is not responsible for self-Vamp for 3 by player that didn't ice this.)
Pros: Inverted PAD Campaign that might tag the Runner. When they give up and take the tag, use Dedicated Response Team to blow up their hand. If you can get 3 DRTs rezzed on a tagged Runner, the only way they can avoid death is by removing all their tags, or drawing a card and going and trashing a DRT. They will then have to draw more cards and go trash the other DRTs. Near-Earth Hub: Broadcast Center makes good use of this as a way to keep the Runner busy from installing things so you can score behind a Wraparound.
Cons: Whizzard: Master Gamer can trash this for 0 real . You neeed to ice this, and the Runner is going to try to trash it. I recommend a Data Raven, but you might prefer to put it in front of DRT.
6/10 Excellent econ warfare card.
