Pros: This is great out of Cybernetics Division: Humanity Upgraded, making Stimhacks really bad! Free to play!
Cons: Lame out of New Angeles Sol: Your News, and Echo Memvaults: Reality Reimagined won't draw this in time.
5/10 Decent.
