This is my same BWBI list from Worlds last year with

+2 Adaptive Netbranes

+2 Reclamation Order

Reclamation was good sometimes but Archived memories may have been just as good, I mostly used it to get back ToL or Commercialization. Netbrains was very good, going to 3 of those over 2 of the 1-pointers is a good change. Anglerfish didn't feel like it had a chance to shine. I missed Will-O' a little bit just because it can really screw up some runners. I think some more money is always nice but when Commercialization was working it was really good.
