The idea is to make it difficult or costly to trash dealings while you FA from dbs draws. The problem is you need your scorable agendas in your deck and keeping them there while you set up is pretty tricky. The ice isn't really good enough for scoring outside of some quick gear checks. Why 2x Kwolek? Well eater pretty much negates the ID while dodging archived shocks, but you can reclaim some inf there if you're committed. I would probably take out blacklist for team spo and something else for tbacks. But honestly you're probably better off playing a different ID.
