Reconstructed Deck #20: Reg Val

This deck was surprisingly hard to build due to the fact that most of the new Reg Anarch support cards are better out of Kim, Whizzard, MaxX or Horde than Val.

• Tweaks: -1 Inject +1 Ice Carver Ice Carver is amazing against ETF, which is the only Corp that you will always face, so meta calls against it are nearly always good unless they wreck your game against other decks and you're already beating them 60% of the time.

  *Alternate slots: The whole Glee/Human Rights Riot/Bhagat/Snikr package. The whole point of the original precon was to be basic Anarch though, so you can build your own. You can also build a Self-modifying Code-Stimhack version.
