Welcome to Reviewing the Little Boot Icon: Identity Crisis! an unfortunately named spin-off to an unfortunately named series of reviews for Reboot-modified cards. Today's review: The Foundry: Refining the Process, the 3rd best ID.
Changes: Influence 15<17.
Pros: If you get an Eli 1.0 in your opening hand, you don't have to worry that if you defend Account Siphon you will get R&D accessed into the ground before you draw any more ice. You can always fire The Twins at least once. You can ramp up your NEXT Bronzes and NEXT Silvers right away. If you get an Accelerated Beta Test that contains exactly 1 ice, you can fire this (you don't have to find a piece of ice, by the way, even if there is one) and shuffle the other card back into your deck.
Cons: Every time you trigger this, your R&D has a higher percentage of agenda points. Haas-Bioroid: Engineering the Future is better.
Playstyle: This is an Amazon Industrial Zone deck that rushes out Accelerated Beta Test for pennies. This is an Archer Eliza's Toybox deck that hopes to rigshoot the Runner with Corporate Troubleshooter. Finally, this is my Janus 1.0 + The Twins flatline combo deck. Use Project Vitruvius to get additional Twins triggers.
7/10 Not EtF.
